Conference Organisers are exclusively dedicated to the organisation of conferences and meetings and to date we have built up extensive experience organising and managing events ranging from 1-day workshops with 10 attendees to week-long congresses with multiple parallel sessions and large trade exhibitions with up to 2,500 participants. The conferences and meetings we have managed fall under a wide variety of sectors, from medical, technical or scientific to golf or the environment.
We have managed conferences around the world, including Russia, China, USA and Europe, working with a resource of trusted suppliers to provide cost effective solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations. At the heart of what we do is the delegate experience whether they are participants or presenters. We work with clients to assist with the choice and management of the venue and local arrangements, delegate requirements and on-site management, as well as the support to presenters and organising committees.
